- MGMar González4 days ago1.0Again very disappointed with this post office. This is not a one-time issue and I am sure I am not the only one, more than three of my packages have gone missing in less than 2 months from inside this facility. Each time, I report it and all I get is an apology, but no real explanation or resolution. The customer service has been equally frustrating and unprofessional. At this point, repeated missing packages need to be properly investigated, not simply apologized for. I will be escalating this to USPS management and request a professional review of this office and how packages are being handled.
