Another employee immediately began printing them on regular letter-size paper. When I clarified that I needed them printed as 24” x 36” plans, the manager Becky interrupted and told me, in a rude and dismissive tone, that I “needed to tell them ahead of time.” What disappointed me wasn’t that the job couldn’t be completed immediately. It was the way I was treated. A simple explanation and a courteous attitude would have made all the difference. I later learned that the store is capable of printing that size, but I was never offered any alternatives or solutions. The other employee I interacted with was kind and respectful, so this review is not about him. My concern is specifically with the manager’s customer service. I hope the owner sees this because I believe customers deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect, even when a request cannot be accommodated right away.
