I came in and asked for a box big enough for shoes I wanted to send back and she said there were no more boxes just the ones outside. I’ve been to several USPS stores and they’ve always given me boxes behind the counter. She was just being difficult for no reason. And she told me to go to the back of the alley for boxes. I went and there was nothing cause idk what alley she was talking about I looked everywhere. 0 stars if I could give them. Worse customer service than a DMV.

Any question or problem out of the ordinary canned response menu can not be address. Impossible to reach an agent without jumping through hoops. So frustrating and a waste of time. Our tax money should go to better use!
