Since delivery wasn’t successful, I had to go in person to retrieve it. The package is under my sister’s name, and unfortunately she’s out of town. Before going, I called FedEx customer service, and they confirmed the package would be held at this location. They also emailed me instructions stating that a photo ID would be enough to pick it up (I even have the screenshot). However, when I got there, the front desk representative was very rude and refused to release the package. Now I’m being told my sister has to come in person to pick it up. Really disappointing experience. I understand policies are policies, but the lack of consistency and customer service makes the situation worse. Do better.

I got so angry at them that they realized I wasn't going to be bullied. I started shouting back. Only then did they agree to take my boxes. The big lady doesn't belong there. She deserves to be fired. She is a bully and a reprehensible human being. I swear to God she needs to be fired. This is a pattern at this store.
