- RSRickey SimmsSep 3, 20261.0I remember Sparkletts water as a kid being a very reputable company. Primo brands however, like a lot of companies now has horrible customer service! My bill seemed like it was always more than my balance so I cancelled my service. Once I cancelled the service, they tried to charge me for water that I never recieve. Then on top of that, they sent my bill to a debt collecter and the bill was 3 times more than the original amount! Somebody needs to bring a class action lawsuit against this company! The reviews are real! Yes, it's convenient to have water delivered to your home but, the problems that you'll have with this company just isn't worth it!

After a few deliveries we tried to cancel and after multiple calls and emails they still feel entitled to keep pulling from our bank. It's to late for us but save yourself from this nightmare company.
