Talked to a worker there at the window after ringing bell and was told they can't do anything. Wish this government service would be completely restructured.

Packages will be marked attempted or inaccessible so they can stop the delivery clock. The time stamps or occurring before the carrier Even finishes casing their routes. So basically when they are casing if they see the package and don’t want to deal with it so they lie and say they tried. Also this post office requires you to sign up for service. If you dont go down and fill out the request for service no mail will be delivered. This post office acts like your an inconvenience and how dare you have parcels sent.
