    I find it ridiculous that people have to play ring around the rosey to find a parking spot. I can bet that 80% of those cars are employees that have their own parking lot to park in. They are lazy.

    I accidentally sent a ups package here and realized the same day , I went the next day to speak to an employee about it hoping to get the package , I spoke to an Asian manager , he was no help he claimed that the package was picked up by ups , when it’s been 2 weeks since this happened, trying to get ahold of someone on the phone is a challenge nobody ever answers , this place is a joke that’s why I rather use self service than talk to anyone !

    This location could be managed more effectively. First, at 9:00 a.m., the parking lot is already full, which is unlikely to be due to customer traffic. Second, there is a pull door without a pull handle, which creates unnecessary confusion. I understand that renovations are ongoing, but attention to these basic operational details appears lacking. Whoever is responsible for managing this location could do a much better job addressing these issues.

    I used the parcel drop off self service over the weekend to drop off a package but no updates from the tracking number for days. I was a bit concerned if they lost my package so I visited the office during business hours. The lady who helped me claimed that they sometimes don’t scan the package. Umm ok, did not make sense. Isn’t it part of their job is to scan the package when they receive it…anyway, it was very disappointing and the staff wasn’t helpful and talk to me with attitude. The customer service can be awful here.
