- LJLissa JAug 13, 20261.0Just a heads up, if you live out in the country, just know that this Post Office contracts what they call “Highway drivers” And these highway drivers will not always deliver your packages if they think that the package won’t fit into your mailbox. (I was told this by an actual Post Office employee) I’ve also notated multiple times that my packages need to be delivered to my front door and not shoved into the shared parcel box because my items get damaged. And nothing seems to be changing. They also never answer their phone, I called for an hour straight to try and get this figured out, to get my package, but no one answers the phone and I’m not talking about the 800 number I mean the actual phone line for this Post Office. They will also supposedly take down your tracking number and name and phone number and say that they will give you a call back, they don’t. Still waiting for a call back a week later.

When I went at 12 and there was no employees there to get my package. It was a ghost town not a soul to assist. What’s the point of leaving a notice with timeframes????
