  Why do you guys have to lie about recipient not available while I just stayed home for the delivery. And you shamelessly update that I was not available. Do fedex not operate on Ethics and moral values or you guys just dont care about lying on the face of your customers. Shame on fedex.

  The driver blocks Diabled Parking stall trapping me in for 10 minutes when I only have 30 minutes on my lunch. I thanked him for blocking me in on a 30 minute lunch and "Brandon" proceeded to be rude and combative. As if I'm to blame for being blocked in. I told him I was going to call in the incident and he only got worse. He blocked the driveway not allowing me to leave the parking lot for another 5 minutes.... so I lost 15 minutes from a 30 minute lunch, thanks to "BRANDON"
