  I usually really like the customer service here, the lady's are fantastic, but this morning was a gentleman I've never seen before. First off I was waiting out there for 10+ minutes, like where is a worker?? So I knock on their side door, nothing, wait a little bit then knock again. This man come out like he's irritated I'm even there then puts up the belt looking barrier so it closes off the area to the back door (like maybe watch your camera I saw you have back there to see when someone's up front so a customer wouldn't have to knock). Then tells me all rude that I need to go get an envelope in their back corner for my paper I'm sending out (literally they have them right in front of his face underneath the counter, I know that cause the ladies always pulled one out from underneath). He asked me where is it going and it took me a second to find the page for that cause I'm sending it out for someone else. While I'm looking for that he decides to do other things, I told him I'm ready. He just completely ignores me and deals with the packages on the conveyor belt, finally he goes "ready?" then helps me, the whole time he just had this monotone voice with me, very rude, which is crazy when I was the one that's been waiting here for longer than I should have and you're irritated with me? I may have been dressed in comfortable clothes and look like I don't have anything to do, but actually I need to get home and get ready for work asap. No customer service whatsoever. That whole experience was horrible, I miss my ladies where were they? And I could tell his have a nice day at the end was so fake.

  Great Customer Service. Joseph went out of his way to find my package for me. Cheerful and helpful. This is the place to go if you want excellent service!!
