  Very disappointing experience. I visited UPS to have a power of attorney notarized for submission to the California Secretary of State. The document was notarized by Marco Reyes, but when I submitted it, the filing was rejected because I was informed that the signature on the notarized document does not match the signature on file for the commissioned notary. As a result, I lost time, money, and had to start the entire process over again. When customers rely on a notary public, they expect the service to be accurate and legally compliant, since even a small error can cause significant delays and expenses. I hope UPS looks into this matter and takes appropriate steps to ensure that other customers do not experience the same problem. Notary services require professionalism, accuracy, and strict compliance with legal standards.

  Yeah called Danny at the local Cloverdale office and he was zero help. In fact he hung up on me the first time and when I phoned back 2 seconds later denied speaking to me and told me he couldn't help me. I only wanted to puck up my package locally and he said that couldn't happen although I know very well it could.
