- AJAdam JoyJan 11, 20234.0I feel compelled to write a review of this USPS as frankly I was pretty concerned after seeing the reviews here, and worrying that my moving up to the Oaks would be a nightmare for mail and packages. Thankfully the experience I had was both very pleasant with the person serving my both personable and professional - helping me out with paperwork I hadn't properly completed and helping a few customers behind me with a smile and friendly attitude. Seeing as these negative reviews are older, I'm optimistic that the leadership/staff changes that were needed have happened and that things are greatly improved with the people that are there now. (note: I do not disagree with those lower scores, they all appear to be very genuine, my review is to showcase that things have hopefully changed for the better and i'd like to reflect that) Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars today is that I will be going back there a few times over the next month for a variety of activities - if everything lines up then I'll be very happy to lift this to 5 stars and start to balance out those older, lower scores.
