  I have been to this UPS about 3 times and rarely use UPS for anything. I placed a Nespresso order to be delivered and received an email from Nespresso telling me to pick up my package at the UPS. I did not receive instructions from the UPS store via email only Nespresso. I went in with my used pods, dropped them off and let the lady assisting me know I was here to pick up a package and received and email from Nespresso saying its ready and I can pull it up. She verified I received the email by asking me and I again said yes no problem! Then she said I needed an ID to pick up the package. Its my fault for not knowing I needed an ID as I rarely use UPS for anything at all except shipping. I asked will my ID badge for my workplace count in a friendly manner and was told no it has to be state issued id. No problem, I told I would run to my car to grab it. As I came back in I overheard her saying to another employee, "how are you supposed to get a package without an ID?" She seemed frustrated as I heard her talking. He immediately turned around and walked away when he saw me and went to the back. I gave her my ID and while doing that he came out with a Nespresso box. I feel like she was definitely talking about me since I told her its a Nespresso order and never interacted with the other employee who was extremely kind and probably looped into the hoopla of it all. She complimented how I smelled I feel in an effort to reset the tone. I remained professional and kind and as I walked out I said, " Sorry for the ID thing". Again. I never use UPS to pick up anything except for maybe 3 times in the past 5 years, but just feel like if it was directed at me, which I believe it was I was never rude or problematic. I went back to the lot to get my ID with a smile. It just sucked walking back in and realizing I caused such an inconvenience for her....to the gentleman who helped get my order I appreciate you for getting me out of there as soon as possible because it was extremely awkward...for him I give 3 stars.

  Lisa could not have been any friendlier! I was shipping off an EBay order and she noticed that it already included a shipping label. She walked me through the process of shipping it and was friendly, professional and supportive at every step. Would absolutely recommend again!

  Robbie and John were fantastic at helping my mother and I pack and ship a huge amount of precious, family heirloom dish-ware and pots and pans to my out of state home! They were warm, friendly, professional, and caring during a heat wave. Thanks UPS!

  I have been using this UPS store for several years now. The staff has always been helpful, and give me great service. I use them for shipping and mailbox services.

  Fantastic customer service! Sylvia was fantastic! John was great too! I had an issue with package. I thought I was going to have to unpack and repack package, and Sylvia offered a solution. Sylvia has great problem solving skills! She’s a valuable employee! Thanks again, Sylvia! See you guys next time! Great store, with great people! Highly recommend!
