( 2026) Employee had 3" nails & large loop earrings. Unprofessional work attire. Management needs to do better. Certified mail & international mail are not accepted after 5pm but the google hours say it closes at 6pm. Then it should be closed at 5pm. Management needs to do better and get it together. But I guess they have Kooshy federal jobs where it's hard to get fired. So no one does anything. Hopefully higher ups read these google reviews & they get dinged on the annual review for a promotion. That's the only way this post office will do better.

African American woman at the front counter is extremely rude and unprofessional. She looks like she hates her job and projects her negative attitude on the customers coming in. If you don’t like dealing with people maybe don’t work in customer service.

It's terrible here—they don't keep track of your packages, and since there's no scanning system in the back, no one takes responsibility, and the machines and staff up front aren't any help.

One of the staff members, a woman with black wavy hair, had a very poor attitude. If this is your job, you should at least show basic professionalism and treat customers with respect. Instead, the way you treated people felt hostile, as if they had done something wrong or owed you something. This was extremely disappointing.

On Saturday, March 14, 2026, my husband, my child, and I embarked on a quest to apply for passports. After facing rude and indifferent employees at three different post offices, we were feeling quite disheartened. However, by the grace of GOD, we decided to try at the City of Industry post office on Gale Avenue. To our great relief, there was no line, and we were greeted by a wonderful employee named Bell a kind Asian woman wearing glasses. Bell’s demeanor was a breath of fresh air. She treated us with the utmost respect and guided us through the passport application process with exceptional professionalism and courtesy. Her service made us feel valued, appreciated and welcomed, reminding us that there are still individuals who understand the true meaning of respect and genuinely love their job. We left the post office feeling uplifted and grateful for her kindness. Thank you, Bell’s for restoring our faith in customer service! Because of Bell’s professionalism, respect, and kindness this post office deserves more than five stars.but because of a latino woman Karina and an African American woman Ranell this post office doesn’t deserve not even one star, please read below for more details On March 17, 2026, at 11:45 AM, I visited the post office on Gale Ave in the City of Industry with my child. Unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. I encountered a staff member named Karina, who was handling passport applications. Her demeanor was notably rude and cold, lacking any semblance of empathy. When I inquired about another employee, whom I believed was named Luz, I was met with laughter from Karina and another staff member, an African American woman named Ranell. This mockery continued even after I asked them to stop, leaving me feeling disrespected and humiliated. It has been over a week since I left my information with the supervisor, Oscar, for the postmaster, Luz, to contact me, but I have yet to receive a response. I strongly advise anyone seeking respectful service to consider other options, as my experience at this post office was deeply disappointing.
