  07/24/2026 6pm This afternoon I went to this FedEx location to drop off a prepaid package. When I walked in, there was only one older Asian male employee and no other customers. As soon as he saw me enter, he turned around and disappeared into the back of the store. I had no idea what he was doing, so I stood at the counter waiting. I waited for a long time, and by then customers had already started lining up behind me. He still didn't come out. After almost 20 minutes, he finally came back, walking very slowly as if he couldn't care less. I told him I was there to drop off a package. The package contains a camera with a lithium battery. I had already placed the required lithium battery warning label on the outside of the box. He asked me what was inside. I told him it was a camera with a lithium battery and pointed out that the box was clearly labeled. He immediately said, "You can't ship that." Seriously? Then how is anyone in the United States supposed to ship products with lithium batteries? I asked him that question, but he completely ignored me and pretended not to hear it. Instead, he asked me again what was inside the package. I repeated that it was a camera with a lithium battery and reminded him that the warning label was clearly attached to the outside of the box. He then told me that the label "doesn't matter." What? Are you blind? The warning label is clearly visible on the outside of the package, and I had already verbally informed you that it contains a lithium battery. What's even more ridiculous is that while he kept insisting that the package couldn't be shipped, he was simultaneously about to scan it for acceptance. That made absolutely no sense. At that point, I told him to give me my package back. I decided not to ship it there. Does FedEx hire just anyone? Is this really the level of professionalism you expect from your employees? It's no surprise this location has so many negative reviews. This was a prepaid shipping label, so I had no choice but to use this FedEx location. If I had the option, I would much rather use USPS or UPS and avoid dealing with an employee like this altogether.

  Very bad service; when they see you're carrying large packages, they come out and tell you that you need to call them to have your package picked up.

  Annabelle was extremely patient and helpful with me today. She helped me locate a lost package and she provided excellent customer service. I am glad she assisted me today. Thank you.

  I sent out a package. The delivery didn't even try to deliver. Paid for the overnight and I'm still waiting. I called in and their customer service keeps saying the package is at the wrong store. I called in more than 7 times. 5 times agents hung up on me the other times they just placed me on hold. Where is the package?
