- MMMayeli MartinezJun 10, 20261.0Just now my mom made me the favor to go turn in an item for a return. She told me she didn’t think painters tape was allowed yet I asked her to try. What we both didn’t expect is for her to walk in and immediately get yelled at rather than informed or helped. It was an older lady usually has a bad attitude when I come in too. She rudely rejects my mom’s service by repeatedly saying, “NO, NAH UH, NO!, your the 3rd person today with painters tape” This could have been handled differently yet she embarrassed my mom in front of other people and made my mother feel attacked and upset. Easily my mom could have been informed that we needed to repackage and come back but this attitude led to us rejecting the idea of coming back. I hope we never see her again and she seriously fixes her attitude with her customers.
- LOLoren OrpiaMay 19, 20262.0I believe This post office has stolen my tax return. I had to mail my tax return because someone else filed for us. Now, I mail it priority. I have to investigate.. FTB said they have not received it. Estimated delivery date was May 11. I checked the status on my tracking again. My mail has not moved..FTB said they have not received it. I just had this feeling when I left the post office that day that something does not feel right. I believe the people working at the post office may have stolen my return. I hope I am mistaken. It was a Priority mail. We are supposed to trust the post office. I will report this to OIG. It is a federal offense.
