- ABAlexis BlancasMay 6, 20262.0The older asian lady at the counter was extremely dismissive and unpleasant. She was loudly smacking things down on the counter the entire time as if I was an extreme burden to her. I was just doing a simple change of address. She also just walked away mid interaction without saying anything for a few minutes to go take care of something else her coworker wanted her help with. I understand this as i work retail, but at least say something when u leave or come back?? It was just really rude. I also asked her if she could check to see if I had any mail that was on hold or returned back to them and she just said no. it’s not on hold. When she didn’t even check. Even if she did, she should have been more transparent with the interaction. I only leave this review because I come to this post office countless times and everyone is always so rude!

Highly recommend going in the morning versus the afternoon there's a lot more traffic at that time. Always check the times before you head to the post office. I have shown up to the post office being closed before.
- KOkaila ogleApr 17, 20261.0I shipped a box of my brothers things to my nephew( my bro passed from a brain tumor), a carrier delivered to wrong address! When i sent in the serv. request , a day later was told " its unrecoverable,file a claim". As if that could replace any of the items!!! A week later thankfully a kind person who received the package delivered to my nephews doorstep-thank god and thank you to the person who saved the day for my entire family!! Lets be more careful usps? And yes i had the correct address before anyone asks. Yall almost lost 34 years of someones memories going to their child.

I read online that you have to be early to get in so I got there at 8:15am and there was a woman, and 2 families, and a man ahead of me. The hours say 10:30am on the door but they opened at 10am so we could put our names down for appts. I took an appt at 3pm (the earliest that was still available), came back at 2:30pm and was seen promptly at 3pm (an employee checked in and let me know I would be called soon). Paul helped me file, he was really nice and very helpful, I was out by 3:20pm. Thanks Paul!
