- MWMicheal WilliamsonSep 15, 20261.0The guy doing the passport stuff, stated my picture was not in the correct format when I presented it to him, however when he filled out his portion wrong that included the correct spelling of my name and my place of birth which both came out incorrect. He charged me an additional fee to take my photo. I resubmitted my documents when finding out my place of birth was incorrect with the “wrong sized photos” and the issuing office accepted it no problem. He also stated he could not accept my Amex as payment even though he had it as an accepted form of payment.
- ABAnn ByrdSep 10, 20265.0I use this branch often. There is always a line, so just expect it. So many people are extremely rude and unprepared. Expecting workers to provide tape for ill packed boxes, argue about items shipped, angry about waiting 15 minutes. I don't expect them to smile and chit chat. But I ALWAYS smile and say thank you and have my sh*t together. They are efficient and overworked. As are most of us.

I would recommend to come early because the person who works there only takes a couple walk ins and if you don’t make it on the list for the day then you won’t be able to get in until the following day if you get there early before the doors open.
