- JLJoytika Lal5 days ago1.0I’ve been to this USPS location in Citrus Heights twice recently to do returns, and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. I was helped by two different female representatives, and both were extremely rude and unwelcoming. Neither one even acknowledged or responded to my greeting. They had a very grumpy attitude and showed absolutely no effort or willingness to assist. I understand that customer service can be stressful, but customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Sadly, based on my recent experiences, it seems like customer service is not a priority at this location. Staff who have no interest in helping customers really should not be working in a customer-facing position. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the attitude and level of service at this location.
