  i was expecting just a quick drop off for a package i needed to ship out, but the guy behind the counter was super helpful and got it all set up in like two minutes. they had packaging too so i didnt have to dig around my car for a box, which was really convient becuase i forgot mine at home. honestly the place was clean and the line moved fast, it didnt feel like a typical post office at all. thier pricing was fair and they even let me email my lables from a computer in the store for free. definately my go to spot now whenever im shipping anything, way easier than i expected.

  I wish I could have left zero stars. I come in print my labels for eBay to UPS and it cost me a dollar.Sometimes , two dollars , and this place charges that plus five dollars for an email fee. Absolute moneygrab. Complete thievery

  I am a disabled Navy veteran and have severe mobility issues, I had a couple Amazon returns that Amazon was less than helpful in helping me return their items. I am unable to " just walk into Kohl's or Whole foods" or wherever. They want to charge me $8 to have someone come pick it up(about half the cost of the item) which is ridiculous. For a dollar I could drop it off at UPS. Of which I elected that option. I called this location, as it is near where I live, and a very pleasant female answered and was very helpful. She said she could come out to my car and retrieve my returned item, of which she did. She very courteous and friendly and helpful. And she solved my problem. Definitely 5 star customer service! Thanks!

  I was wowed from the start to the finish 🤯 When I walked in there was a line of maybe 5 people. I was helped within 5 minutes. Then as I was being helped - not an easy order (notary + prepaid envelopes) - The assisstant manager, Gerardo, and the other staff person were helping multiple people at the same time - it was art 🎨 Gerardo crushed my order and was laser-focused, and at the same time had fantastic customer service. Thanks for a fantastic experience 🙂🙏
