Went in to talk to manager and he said yep nothing we can do sometimes technology fails us. Do not go here. Awful place and awful customer service. Again DO NOT GO HERE then manager says to use tracking number tk track the package. How could I possibly have a tracking number when it says it was never dropped off. STUPID LIKE DUH.

He said he would, but I waited 10 minutes. Then I asked another guy, who was just wandering around, and he also promised he called someone. After another 20 minutes, no one came. And on top of that, the staff is just awful—always giving you dirty looks, acting so annoyed, like you don’t belong. It’s so expensive here, and the customer service is just awful. Last time, I tried to return a package, and I waited 15 minutes. If you stop even for a second to fill out a form, they just walk away. I was so fed up, I left without being helped at all!

We didn’t get her name but she was on her phone when we came up and we wanted to get balloons for my wife’s bday. We walk up with two balloons that would take 30 seconds to blow up but she told is that there was a line of people before us with orders in and it would be 30-45 min until she could help us. There was no one there! The store was practically empty! And if she was so busy why was she on her phone. She then started working super slow and constantly giving us side eyes. So we just left and went to a dollar tree. Super disappointing and rude
