I want to say thank you to Johnny within the printing department. I've been trying to figure out the size of an image I wanted to print and was too scared to print it because I didn't know if it was going to look good. I decided I was going to ask the experts and I showed up at the store and met Johnny. I asked if I was able to see the size of the print and he didn't hesitate to help me. Mind you, this was a Saturday and I already knew he had to work on other orders. Johnny had told me that the original image size was small to print; however, he was going to resize it and see how it prints. Time went by and he it worked, he printed the image for me. I didn't expect him to do this for me so fast. I was grateful for his help 🙏, patience and kind spirit. Johnny has a great attitude!! Continue your hard work Johnny and thank you for that special moment.

Thank you so much for the amazing customer service! Duane went above and beyond and that's rare in retail. Very happy I decided to pop in. I wish there were more patient and friendly associates like him.

Easy to find what you need. Glad to see a small area for Party City. The cashier wasn't too friendly. She told me I had an ink cartridge credit, I said I wanted to use it and she rang up my purchase without it. She seemed put out when I asked her to return and re scan my item with the discount.

There was a woman manager on duty who refused my Amazon return stating that it needs to be in a box when Amazon says there is no box needed. She proceeds to tell me she will not accept it without a box. She was very rude yelling from the Party city section at her employee and myself the whole timeS She refused the return and told me to go to UPS.
