  Hi Lynda My wife is a senior citizen customer at your Citrus Heights store on Sunrise Blvd. She is also on a portable oxygen machine. Your store manager ( would not give me his name ) Your manager was very rude to my wife. Don’t know if he was having a bad day. But that cannot be taken out on the customers. My wife was trying to do returns at the Amazon counter. I am hoping you can look at cameras to see how my wife was treated by your manager. I just wanted to let you know about this that took place on Friday at about 1:30. If your manager has a habit of disrespecting customers. He certainly should not be a manager or an employee. Maybe this is not the first complaint. If that’s the case then maybe he thinks it’s ok to treat an elderly customer poorly. Shame on him. If I am the first complaint then at least the next complaint will not be his first. Longtime resident of Citrus Heights and a longtime customer of your store. Please forward this to your district manager also. This complaint was sent to Lynda General Manager.

  I am so happy I chose this spot for my iPostal1 mail! The app notifications are always accurate, but the local team here makes the actual pickup experience fantastic. They greet you with a smile and have your items ready to go in seconds. The customer service is truly top-notch, and they always go out of their way to be helpful.   Needed a replacement battery set for our APC Back-UPS 1500 power block, which backs up our fiber ONT, primary network switch & mesh router, and Ring security system. Staples had a very competitive price and fairly quick availability. Bought printer paper and shopped for zippered padfolios. Easy online shopping and enjoyable in-store browsing experience.

  Service here is always great. I recently used the printing desk and the people there were very helpful as usual. It is pretty convenient to be able to make small batches of flyers on special paper without having to buy a whole box of it or havea special printer to make it. The prices are very fair for ehat you get also.
