  I didn’t expect much beyond basic supplies, and to be fair, that’s exactly what I got—but in a surprisingly well-executed way. No unnecessary complications, no confusion. Just shelves full of things that do what they’re supposed to do. Sometimes that’s all you need.

  If you’re looking for printing services, Staples is the place to go—and Kailee Hill is the person you want to work with. They offer everything from foam board marketing materials to fully customized products, and the entire process is efficient, affordable, and quick. What truly sets this location apart is the exceptional customer service. The whole team was helpful, which speaks volumes about the management, but Kailee went above and beyond. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. Her service felt not only professional, but also genuine and enjoyable. We hadn’t even realized they offered printing services before this visit, but now this will be our go-to spot—and that’s entirely because of Kailee. She made everything easy and stress-free, and I genuinely appreciate the outstanding care she provided.

  Was there to do an Amazon return. Person that helped was very friendly, patient and helpful. Seems like it could be set up better though. You have to wait on one side of the room where they do the returns till inner of the employees is free at the register to come help. Don't know if it's short staff or just the way it is. Was similar set up in another Staples.
