- CGCookie GachaSep 21, 20261.0If I could give it zero Stars I definitely would. I went there to try to mail a lot of package to Texas. Oh my God they gave me such a big deal about not having an ID. I understand that identification prevents fraud but man these people need to be trained properly. How to deal with customer service? What happened this morning can actually lead to an escalation and that's what we don't want to. The gentleman was very rude and very disrespectful. If I was 10 years younger it would have been a whole different ball game. I honestly I really don't give a s*** anymore. I'll just keep taking my business to UPS. They have never given me any issues for 16 years. The gentleman could have explained the rules and regulations in a professional manner

However during my recent visit, an agent named Jelly helped me and it was a very different experience. She never smiled, had somewhat of an attitude throughout the entire transaction. But what was the most disappointing was when she slapped my receipt down on the counter and said "there you go, next." Not even a thank you! She would benefit from some serious customer service training. C'mon fedex, with the high prices you charge, you can and should do better!
