  The lady had a sign up and door locked while still helping a customer in the location. The sign said closed till 3pm, the other sign said out for lunch and the door was locked i assumed she was hanging out with a friend in the locked building not my business. When 3pm hits her and the women walk toward the door i notice the worker has her purse in her hand so i was slightly confused. She then changes the sign frim 3pm to 4pm takes the other sign down and places another sign up and proceeds to walk out the door for her lunch that now is till 4pm. My issues is one the door was locked during BUSINESS HOURS, YOU LOCKED YOU AND A CUSTOMER IN THERE AND RHE INFORMATION ON THE DOOR IS MISLEADING. I would have never waited if i had known she wasn’t on her lunch I could’ve drove 22 minutes to the next DHL but instead, I waited, thinking she would be back in less than 15 minutes for her to walk out with the customer from the locked building that was walked during business hours, she looked dead at me, walked into gotten into her car and drove off. Extremely disrespectful, especially since you looked dead at me when I was at the door so you knew I was waiting for you and if all of the information on your door isn’t advising what you’re trying to do the least you could’ve done is said hey I’ll be back in an hour, but even having the building locked during business hours when you’re clearly not on lunch is unprofessional and unacceptable for business practices even if you were trying to stop people from coming in you shouldn’t be doing that .
