While we both had email confirmation to arrive between 1030-1045 … she arrived 1032 and me 1034 well Kay said screaming to the gentleman who was helping us that she was not gonna help us because we were late screaming so the whole office could hear. And dismissed us by 1044. The gentleman was very apologetic while the rude woman kept screaming she wasn’t gonna help us. I have no words at the unprofessionalism displayed.
