- MCM CastañedaJun 26, 20261.0I cannot believe that this is a US post office. The customer service is absolutely horrific. The way that they treat people is ridiculous. I would be embarrassed to openly treat people unkind & with the level of disrespect that they show to others. Please do not work in customer service if you cannot provide good service to the public. Whoever the supervisor is at this location needs to speak to the staff regarding how they treat people. Avoid this location if possible, I will never, ever go here again. Very disappointed.
- AEAnthony EvaristoJun 5, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. I scheduled a passport appointment for 2:45 PM more than a month in advance and adjusted my work schedule to be there on time. Despite arriving as scheduled, I was never called. What was especially frustrating was seeing other customers who appeared to be walk-ins being helped while I continued to wait. I remained there until 3:15 PM and eventually had to leave because I needed to get to work. Making customers wait indefinitely while not honoring scheduled appointments is unacceptable. The purpose of an appointment is to have your time respected. This situation reflects poor organization and a lack of professionalism. I believe this issue should be reviewed and addressed by a manager or supervisor to prevent the same experience from happening to others.
