A request I didn't make. Went to the post office and the lady couldn't find it and told me maybe it's out for delivery. Went home and my mail box is empty. Where is my mail?!!!!

I constantly have issues where letters and packages aren't delivered corresponding to what informed delivery says, and multiple lost packages. I have lived in the area that this post office delivers to for less than a year. I have never had issues with any other USPS office. The employees are rude and need to get non customer facing jobs, quit deflecting your choice in poor attitude onto everyone else.
