I constantly have issues where letters and packages aren't delivered corresponding to what informed delivery says, and multiple lost packages. I have lived in the area that this post office delivers to for less than a year. I have never had issues with any other USPS office. The employees are rude and need to get non customer facing jobs, quit deflecting your choice in poor attitude onto everyone else.

No explanation was ever provided as to where the packages were located. Customer service has also been frustrating. On more than one occasion, I was told to return later, and most recently I was asked to come back at a specific time only to find the employee was on break. I expect better accountability and communication from a service I pay for.

They also made sure I had everything, I needed concerning postal needs/equipment. I appreciate their sincerity, concerning me as a client. From my understanding, all the parcels I sent out arrived too their exact locations! Thank you for all you do for us, and I understand your job is busy. This shop is a busy shop, usually when I've arrived—their square is 70%-80% parking lot filled!
