  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at The UPS Store #4900. I paid nearly $200 for guaranteed overnight shipping of a highly sensitive personal document, and the package never made it to its destination. UPS records later showed the package was somehow delivered back to the same store where it was originally shipped, yet no one has been able to explain what actually happened. What is most concerning is the lack of accountability and investigation. I repeatedly went into the store, remained respectful and patient, and asked for answers. I was given inconsistent information, told the matter would be escalated, and months later I still have no real explanation. A refund does NOT resolve the fact that my sensitive personal information is still missing and potentially at risk. I have had to file a police report and take additional steps to protect myself from possible identity theft. What I wanted was transparency, accountability, and a real investigation—including reviewing records and security footage—not just a refund and a closed case. This situation was handled very unprofessionally, and I hope management takes cases involving sensitive personal documents much more seriously in the future.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I only needed to print 5 pages, and they were trying to charge me $10. I understand businesses have operating costs and need to make a profit, but charging $2 per printed page is excessive. What should have been a simple and affordable service ended up feeling like robbery. I respect paying for convenience and services, but there comes a point where the pricing feels unreasonable, especially for something as basic as printing a document. Many customers come to print important paperwork, school documents, court forms, or resumes, and these costs add up very quickly. I left feeling disappointed and taken advantage of. I hope management reconsiders its pricing structure because $2 per page is difficult to justify.

  They are horrible... oy use them because of location near me... The sign says they open at 8am... but the employee is always late... 10- 15 mins whoever is the owner should consider better employees... or change your hours of operations... And employees are annoyed with clients... only use for convience... I hope they had competition here...
