  I started working with this company in 2016 or 17. Almost ten years. I took a job on few hours notice as favor. They have two months been without paying me because It was not appropriate the lunch break situation. Both the billing lady and my "handler/agent lady Marlene is rude and mean. Heather will do less than nothing to help her workers. This place has changed so much. Since they closed their office in mission valley I was told they have no brick and morter location in san diego. I just got back from a bad injury and then bigger health scare. I explained my memory wasn't the same could I please have help knowing my hours. They told me in a sneering way "Mr burns ypu just don't know busienss" we recorded call for labor department. They are saying they don't know how much you worked and can't pay if you lose your hours know that this is real not vengeance. They are predetory in practice with their workers. I am polite, kind nice and have bent over backwards many times for this company. I had to leave to battle for my kids custody so I trusted because the week I was supposed to be payed twice their system was down that I'd be paid like they always did in the past. I had no idea my asking for them to help me figure this out woukd result in the level of ugliness and cruelty. They expect me to believe they sent me out for free because I didn't fill out a time card. Mind you when their system was down i was Mr nice guy no problem. When they needed a guy same day notice....I was there. But now I'm not "business savy" enough to be paid or understand "basic ideas" -their billing lady. That's how they speak. It's unreal. I let them keep the money for my labor. I'll let labor board sort this out. They seem to be deserving of attention and oversite. Obviously no one is maintaining and ethical standard for how they treat and PAY their guys.

  Very unprofessional & nasty, this guy ARMANDO couldn't even speak right, kept on stuttering and saying gibberish, plus he tried to hit on my guy friend. He's lucky the manager wasn't there and we didn't file a complaint. No regresare a esta agencia.
