  1. The person who attended to us was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Excellent service! 2. The documents we sent to the Philippines reached the destination one day before the expected day of delivery. 3. Cost of shipping was cheap compared to UPS & USPS.

  I came in close to closing time (so sorry!!) but Andre still accommodated me with welcoming vibes and a smile! I couldn’t thank him enough for being awesome! Very professional and very knowledgeable with everything when I don’t even understand how the address from a country where I came from but he understood everything and knew how to do it. He is from the Otay Lakes Chula Vista DHL. I hope he gets the bestest of what he deserves! Thank you!!

  I am please with sending important paperwork to the Philippines for my parents using DHL. The DHL employee that helped was Patrick was very friendly, knowledgeable and took care of us quickly. His service was above and beyond from what was expected. Patrick made an extra effort make sure the address' were correct before completing the transaction and he even delayed his break time to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you Patrick for all your help.
