- ASAaron SananikoneSep 19, 20262.0Wanted to charge me $50 for a box that would fit a 30in x 24in product because they only had a 48in "shipping box". Went to Home Depot and got a "packing" box for $4... Returned after packaging the product and then, they wanted to charge me $89 and change to ship said box (weighed 6lbs) to Arizona... Basically after going to HD and buying a box, tape, tape gun, bubble wrap, I still spent less than UPS wanted to charge me to in total... A little Ridiculous. Went to FEDEX off Central and 60fwy and had the box shipped for $28.00. Side note, if you use this for an Amazon return facility it's great...

The reason for the 4/5 stars is that there is a really strong scent, probably some essential oil, that overwhelmingly greets you when you go in. I am allergic to it. So, if they don't take that out, I will have to go elsewhere. It never smelled bad before, I'm not sure why they felt the need to do this. Please go back to an unscented shop. Please.

- LBL brianJul 12, 20265.0I visited this location to return some Frontier equipment. (Side note: avoid Frontier if you can, it was the worst experience!) The UPS Store itself is solid and offers full service. They provide great flexibility by being open 7 days a week, though they do have shorter hours on Saturdays and Sundays. Just a heads-up: try to avoid their peak hours—especially around lunch (11 AM–1 PM) and right after work (4 PM–6 PM)—otherwise you'll be facing a pretty long wait.
