  James at this location has great customer service. He was fast and efficient, handled the line with care and very professional. I was lost at what I was doing. Not technology savvy and helped me so much. He made it so easy for me and even laughed at my joke. His personality was wonderful. I had the best experience at this location. The location on Limonite in the Eastvale shopping center was horrible. The manager there was so rude. James made up for my experience at the other location. He gave UPS a better name.

  I absolutely love the UPS Store in Chino off Pine! Every single time I come in, the staff is so warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They always greet you with a smile and are willing to go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. I own a small business, so I’m in there often shipping packages, and having a place where the employees are consistently friendly, patient, and helpful makes such a difference. They make shipping easy and actually make you feel valued as a customer. Amazing customer service and such a great team. I truly appreciate everyone there and highly recommend this location!

  The guy with the 1969 tattoo was super rude making sarcastic comments instead of a regular greeting, he needs to fix his customer service. He shouldn't make fun of visually disabled people.

  One of the best UPS stores I’ve been to. The staff are very friendly, accommodating and enjoy their job. It’s obviously managed very well with likely a good owner. Thank you.
