  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The employee named Cindy refused to process my Amazon return, even though Amazon clearly showed this store as my only available return location. Amazon’s instructions also stated that no packaging was required, but the store refused to provide any packaging or accept the return. Instead of helping resolve the issue, Cindy simply turned me away. If this location is listed as an authorized Amazon return point, customers shouldn’t be denied service because they followed Amazon’s instructions. This was a waste of my time and very frustrating. I hope management provides better training so customers aren’t treated this way in the future.

  The worse the guy say we're closing in 10 minutes so I hurry n got 2 balloons to inflate n told him can u do it n his like no the guy is doing something else n is busy to help u I was like ok I quess n I walk out ..The guy had no name tags short with hair to his chin he was in a hurry to close n go home when the place was with like 4 or 5 customer...his like like I sayed were closing in 10 minutes the guy that dose the balloons in busy..never coming again no wonders is no dead in there

  This place doesn't help people any more, the person that was at the copier department so rude and unprofessional, never come back again

  Went to get some business cards. The man at the printing area at 10:20am on 5/12 refused to print my items, I only needed 3 pages printed, I sent them the email with the link, and he said no because theres 5 orders ahead of me, he said to print it myself at the printers, but I could not, I only had cash. He said "well, its gonna be an hour wait then, or put in an order" I said "I emailed you the link, i have the print code, i just need 3 pages, not a full order" He said "i understand that, theres 5 orders ahead of you" i simply walked away. Usually when i go to staples they just print my items if needed like they do for everyone? just came to pick up the business cards I paid for & he couldn't simply put in the print code I had to print my 3 papers also, or add it on? I get that there were other orders but it was not busy at all and he just had to hit print. It would have not have affected any other orders. There was one person there. He acted like i needed to print 1000 pages. It was odd. The kind girl who was helping me with my card pickup was gonna do it, but she went on a break. She probably thought her co worker would help me or take over. He did not. At all. Lol!
