  Save yourself the frustration and go to a different UPS Store. The old Asian guy (owner) refused my return over wrapping, then spent five minutes talking down to me in bizarre riddles instead of giving a straight answer. After wasting time buying wrapping supplies, I took the package as-is to another UPS Store, and they processed it in seconds without any problem. Absolute waste of time and terrible customer service.

  One of the worst UPS locations you could ever go to. Waited 45 minutes for one return because there is only one worker and he was also taking phone calls while there’s already a huge line.

  If you want to mail something smoothly, trust me, don't go to this store Go to another UPS, don't waste your time here. Just experienced it myself
