  The store manager gave me a difficult time when returning an item. He has this mean attitude and iv been there at the chino hills parkway several times. But always leave being upset cause of the old Asian man who has a rude attitude toward me

  Avoid This Location – Greedy and Rude Owner I usually come to this location because it is close to my home, despite having witnessed the owner being rude to other customers in the past. However, my most recent experience was the last straw.I brought in an Amazon return with the prepaid label and the item already in its box. The box just needed a single strip of tape to close it. The owner insisted on charging me $1.08 just to tape a small box. This level of nickel-and-diming for a basic drop-off is ridiculous.I will never return to this store. Instead, I went to the UPS Store on Payton (near Costco). The service there is excellent, and they even provide a self-packing station for customers. Save yourself the frustration and go to the Payton location instead.

  i’m surprised by the negative reviews. I’ve always encountered friendly, professional service at this location. It’s not the only one I use, and I’ve noticed that other UPS shos also charge for tape, which seems to be a common complaint, judging by the reviews. There are also plenty of complaints regarding Amazon returns-people buy too much junk from them anyway.

  Main person at this store is so slow...over complicates things and always has a long line. The other employees only do Amazon return but if it's anything else be prepared to wait. Do not bother with using their notary services unless you're prepared for it to take forever. Kept giving them a try but not anymore.

  Believe all the reviews. My Bf returned a defective phone from t mobile on May 4 and Now T-Mobile saying they never got it.. We went in to request records of things they receive since everything scan in . But of course they dumb and act like they don't keep records horrible business. I filed a complaint with T-Mobile who is now doing an investigation on the business..
