I walked in, there was one person ahead of me, and I stood in line waiting my turn. He asked if I needed a receipt for my drop-offs. I said yes. He then rudely told me I needed to wait in line, as if I wasn’t already standing there doing exactly that. The interaction went downhill from there, with unnecessary attitude and nitpicking over a package weight issue that wouldn’t have changed the shipping cost. If you’re frustrated by long lines or poor service at this post office, employees like Rob are a big part of the reason why.
