  My wife just wanted to check on a previous drop-off, The staff here are not only rude but also move on to the next customer before finishing up with the current one. If you don't like this job, you can quit—instead of making customers feel disgusted while you're on duty.

  Had the best experience at this store! Alex was helpful, accommodating, and overall gave great customer service. I was helping my friend with a last minute funeral print job, and Alex turned what would have been a stressful situation into a simple one. Thank you Alex!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  1st they dont like the job 2nd staff is extremely rude 2rd if you plan on faxing there be careful they give you a email that says delivered successfully but was not multiple time multiple businesses . I called to let them know this was the 3rd time a fax from them says delivered but was not ! I tested this and decided to fax my self from FedEx and also from a staples and guess what staples went thru fedex did not. I called to ask for refund they refused i had to charge it back!! Not to mention 3 out of 5 packages were not scanned in at this location. So I had to go back and let them know and the younger girl had a extremely bad attitude but found the packages and scanned them in. I asked for a supervisor or manager which was told to call 1800 number. This place needs new General management!!

  (Racial profiling) I have had repeated experiences at this FedEx Office location where my shipments were opened or subjected to extra scrutiny in a manner that I believe reflects racial profiling. This has happened multiple times and has created a pattern that feels discriminatory and inconsistent with how other customers are treated. If inspections are required, staff should apply those policies uniformly and explain the reason clearly. Instead, the repeated targeting and lack of transparency have made me feel singled out because of my race. Management and corporate should investigate this location’s practices and review staff conduct immediately.

  I have had multiple negative experiences at this FedEx Office location involving staff opening or inspecting my shipments in a way that felt inconsistent and unnecessary. This has happened more than once, and the repeated treatment has left me with serious concerns about whether customers are being treated fairly and consistently. If package inspection is required, staff should clearly explain the reason and apply policies uniformly to all customers. The lack of transparency and professionalism in these interactions has significantly damaged my trust in this location. Management should review staff procedures, training, and customer treatment standards.
