- KDKayla DuranSep 15, 20261.0Slow service, rude, shouldn’t take 15 plus minutes for a retreiveal code to be able to print 3 pages of paper. Ridiculous. Would never spend another dollar here again. Waste of time.
- ARAidan Rock-ArnarsonSep 4, 20261.0I have in the past shipped from this store, however my latest shipment under a corporate account has entirely turned me off from using FedEx for both my personal and business shipping needs. I had a piece of art shipped through this store. As a precaution, we specifically selected packaging that was guaranteed by the store to protect the art within it and accordingly paid the extra fee for the box and packing service. When I received the box in Florida, I could immediately tell the package was damaged as I heard glass jangling. Upon opening, I found that the art wasn’t properly fastened in the central box and was moving about freely within it - this is in addition to the outer boxes having clear damage. Ultimately, the entire glass portion of the frame was destroyed and the broken glass caused multiple scratches to the print to the point it could be considered irreparably damaged. I would not trust this store’s packing services and would urge anyone else from using it. As an additional point of concern, FedEx as a service will not make any attempt to assist us in recuperating us beyond the standard guaranteed deduction, including most importantly the additional packaging fees.
- BBBrittany BanksAug 28, 20265.0I came into this location yesterday to ship something I wasn’t sure I could ship to my mom in the Bay Area. Ileana and her co-worker (I didn’t catch his name.) was very kind, knowledgeable, and patient. She She got me in and out, and I appreciate her for her time . Her customer service was impeccable.
