- TSTim SemeniukJul 27, 20261.0After canceling my account, they scheduled a time to come pick up the water dispenser and empty jugs. On the day to come pick up the equipment I received an email at 8 am stating that they were on the way. I called customer service to verify they were still coming at 3 pm. They said the pickup window was 1 to 5 no problem, at 5pm I received an email stating that they had picked up two water jugs…. Weird because I still have all the equipment sitting In My apartment. I called customer service again asking for the driver to come back and fix their mistake. They said the driver was already gone and I now have to wait until tomorrow. This is terrible customer service and a huge waste of my time. Glad I cancelled the account after they raised their prices.

Even though you are literally paying your balance off and they are choosing not to process it. DO NOT USE THEM. Id rather drink straight from the tap then deal with this.

Called the number and they answered the phone quickly - they do their sales also through this number. Told them I wanted to cancel. Gave me the hard sell to stay. Then said they need to get me to the cancellation department. And I have been on hold forever.
