- RFRyan FallsJul 31, 20201.0Very disappointing experience with the Postmaster, Michelle, at the Cedar Ridge Post Office. She was confrontational, dismissive, and unnecessarily rude during a simple customer interaction. Instead of being helpful or protessional, she came across as argumentative, unintelligent and power-tripping. Customer service, and basic professionalism were seriously lacking. Definitely not the way a supervisor, Postmaster or the "boss" ( as she stated multiple times to me during the interaction) should act. Unfortunately Google doesn't allow me to upload the recording of Michelle during the interaction.

Totally unprofessional, but not unexpected in this area of casual indifference to store hours.
