- GNGhost NakamotoJul 23, 20261.0There should be an option for zero stars because this place is horrible. Every single employee here is rude and acts like they are being bothered. Not only will they give you an attitude but they will give you remarks to make things even more difficult. Cut you off after asking you the question. USPS on a higher level has been contacted regarding this facility and they wont do shit besides console your emotions at the time. Everybody here needs to go work at taco bell or something with that kind of service. Read the reviews dating back a decade ago. No changes folks. Avoid this facility if you can. USPS needs a purge from the top down.

I usually go to the USPS in OC near where my partner lives. It saddens me my local USPS is like this. The two women working today were so rude.

The staff were incredibly rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. Instead of listening or trying to resolve my issue, they spoke to me with an unprofessional attitude and offered little to no assistance. I left feeling disrespected and frustrated. Customer service should be based on respect, patience, and professionalism, but that was completely lacking during my visit. If you don’t want to help people, you shouldn’t be working in a customer-facing position. I expected much better from USPS and hope management takes customer complaints seriously and provides better training for their employees. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
