- SBStephanie BattungJul 2, 20261.0This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were incredibly rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. Instead of listening or trying to resolve my issue, they spoke to me with an unprofessional attitude and offered little to no assistance. I left feeling disrespected and frustrated. Customer service should be based on respect, patience, and professionalism, but that was completely lacking during my visit. If you don’t want to help people, you shouldn’t be working in a customer-facing position. I expected much better from USPS and hope management takes customer complaints seriously and provides better training for their employees. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

This picture i take from other customer in her review. This is her. This is the lady im talking about. What’s worse is that after checking the reviews, I saw that many other customers have complained about the exact same behavior. PLEASE, PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO TREAT PEOPLE WITH BASIC RESPECT.
