- AGAriana green6 days ago5.0I'm not sure if the person I spoke to was Ms. Keys I forgot to ask the name, but she was super experienced. She's an African American woman and had red dye in her hair. The gentleman infront of me did his first money order and she was super patient and explained everything to him really politely. Then she helped me change my address and was really helpful in explaining what to do. Her manners were also very polite, so maybe I got lucky but this customer service was the best I've ever had at a post office.

- KSKaren SilvaMar 24, 20261.0MsKeyes at the carson location, I was here to do a return, waiting patiently. She was already giving attitude to the girl before us. She told us if we could use the kiosk if we have a barcode (which we don't) and I told her " I don't have one & its okay, I'm already in line I don't mind. " She was still being sarcastic & acting superior to me and my partner. When it was my turn, she already treated me and my fiancé (both of us hispanic) with attitude. I get that you hate your job, but nobody was giving you attitude, we want to just drop off your package and go with respect. But once you break that respect, we have issues and l'll make sure to be a Karen that I have to be. After viewing the reviews at this location, looks like it's not the first time she's done this. So I went ahead and emailed to USPS personnel report and best believe I will make sure she gets a penalty or termination because this is NOT how you treat people. I made sure to get her name as well. Re-Train your employees or find another job if you aren't happy. Because once we left, the person behind us happened to be african american and she greeted them with such a different energy. I don't know if she's just racist or plain bitter that she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. But we don't need this type of energy and behavior in the world that's already full of hate. Trust and believe you will get the punishment & justice deserved.
