This is my second visit & second time dealing with Mrs Keyes or Mrs Keys who I found out later is the manager of this postal service. I asked her a simple question after a "hello, she responded hello, I told her " im trying to ship the mailing letter package" she pushed it right back to me with a face of disgust & annoyance saying I have to put the mailing address To & From. I than asked her a simple yes or no answer: can I write on it with a pen? & she stares condescendly with a fake huge forced smile with a pause saying yes. I than fill out the information & gentlemen named johnny waved me to help finish shipping process, I asked a couple questions & he answered directly with ease & actual service instead of judgement & racial behavior that I witness the both times i've visted, she treated people of color with kindness, welcoming, & direct service & other people thats not her color with annoyance, fake smiles, condescending remarks/answer & just hate in her eyes & attitude, the same way she treated me for no reason. I will contact corporate just to leave my review of this manager & behavior that is outright inhumane the way she treats others who just wants proper service. Thanks to johnny for excellent service & simplicty, he is the one who answered/help when I asked who was the manager because I wanted to make a complaint about a complicated rude service employee who I felt was also racial profiling, he than pointed to her, the person right next to him "Mrs Keys or Mrs Keyes" the manager. I just needed her name because i want to take this & talk to corporate.

How is the old, black lady (with the airpods in her ear) still employed? This woman is beyond unprofessional and condescending. I didn't know it's required to fill out the 3800 card before mailing something. She berated me about the process and treated me like I was an idiot. I'm sorry I don't spend my life at USPS, so I'm not going to be up to date with everything. Anyway, she continued to roll her eyes and use a condescending tone when I was paying shipping. I wanted to tell her off, but based on her unprofessionalism, she is likely to tamper with packages. Is this where our taxes are going? It's no wonder Amazon is killing the competition. I wish they would establish a mail service so we can rid ourselves of USPS. If the manager really cared about customer service, this woman wouldn't be employed anymore. Yet she remains.

I'm not sure if the person I spoke to was Ms. Keys I forgot to ask the name, but she was super experienced. She's an African American woman and had red dye in her hair. The gentleman infront of me did his first money order and she was super patient and explained everything to him really politely. Then she helped me change my address and was really helpful in explaining what to do. Her manners were also very polite, so maybe I got lucky but this customer service was the best I've ever had at a post office.
