- JCJasmine CarrilloSep 25, 20261.0They be closing 5 mins early. I told the lady with the Chanel headband that I needed to just scan the package and drop off since I had prepaid label would have taken 2 mins and she wouldn’t let me in. Then another lady came and told me they do this often. If you hate your job then quit and find another one
- JBJune BeasleySep 11, 20261.0There’s an employee Femsle Afro American who is so ARROGANT AND DISRESPECTFUL ! I’ve been in this post office 50 + times and she does not discriminate ! She’s disrespectful to her fellow employees and the patrons. She’s a bit too mature and too old to disrespect even the elderly people telling them how to move stand on the line whisper. SHES A TYRANT . There was even a guy patron in the post office that wanted to collect signatures to appeal to her higher chain of command she is TOO MUCH !
- TMTia MSep 10, 20261.0Had a really unpleasant experience with the employee working the counter today. The self service kiosk was down, so I had to bring my four prepaid shipments with QR codes to the counter. There was no line behind me, but she was still very impatient and repeatedly made me feel rushed while I was trying to make sure the correct labels went on each package. What bothered me most was that I brought my own brown USPS Ground Advantage padded mailers from home, which had previously been provided to me through Poshmark. She questioned whether I was going to pay for them and seemed suspicious when I explained that they were mine. These exact padded mailers aren’t even something I picked up from that Post Office. The sarcasm and unnecessary attitude from her makes me never want to come back.
