  There were 2 employees in the store, each helping a customer. Neither of them looked up or greeted new customers as they entered the store. When it was my turn to be serviced, the employee didn't even offer a smile. It was still early morning so the store hadn't been open that long. Speaking to customers as they enter the store is customer service 101, and it's easy to do. I wish more managers would teach their younger employees this.

  Talon, your personnel was amazing. I created a pamphlet/passport in Canva at 3am and thought I'd done it right for it to print without any problems but that wasn't the case. Talon meticulously rearranged until I was able to print the finished product that I envisioned. Thanks Talon. I always get such great service from this UPS Store. I thought this was the case of all the stores but I was told no by someone who has worked at other UPS stores. Keep up the good work!
