    Called to ask questions about a transaction I tried to make last Friday because staples debit and credit system was down and I got charged 3x's an amount. Im asking questions to the person on the phone wich happens to be apparently the manager name Tony wich he is very frustrated answering and annoyed I had to get his name and I will be calling corporate avoid this store and show this man some customer service skills

    I ordered prints and recieved a call this morning that they were ready. I show up today at around 1:00 pm and get in line. The man in the print area was helping someone as he walked away he looked at me and said he will be 10 minutes until he helps us. He then walks away for 10 minutes and then he gets back and I get back in line and by now I have someone behind me in line. He looks at both of us and says it’s going to be a while. I asked how long and he repeated another 10 minutes after the first 10 minutes. That was going to be 20 minutes to just pick up my prints. He had a rude manner and wasn’t apologetic for the wait. He did not care. I walked out because i’m on my lunch to pick up these prints but to wait over 20 minutes for prints that were already ready for me is crazy. I was also first in line just waiting.

    I routinely shop at the Staples store on Sepulveda Blvd in Carson. I bought a dual wall charger for my phone and ear buds yesterday. When I went to use it I discovered that neither port worked. I went back today to exchange it for one that worked or for a refund. I waited in line at Customer Service only to be told that that was the place for other returns. The man at the customer service acted like I should have known that. He told me to go to the checkout counter which I did. The same man was at the checkout counter. I told him the item I was returning did not work. He started to do the transaction to credit me the amount I paid, but in the meantime I had another dual charger that I wanted to just exchange. He was very rude and inconsiderate and said he already did the return. I told him I wanted to just purchase another one. He said, "You should have told me. I'm not a mind reader." He saw that I had another charger in my hand. He could have simply asked me if I wanted the one I had in my hand. As a result, I did not buy the charger I wanted and I left the store. I shop at this store often because it's near my home, but I plan to never shop there again. Besides the unacceptable customer service, he was the only employee I saw there so he was obviously not busy. Their merchandise looked fairly picked over also. Now, I have to wait for my refund to be credited on my account whenever that may be. I didn't get his name, but he was cashier 2056744.
