- PWPatricia WangJun 26, 20261.0I got there 9:30 and hoping using automatic machine to process a priority mail, but there was no envelopes on the shelf. They don’t open till 10:00. So I tried to ask a lady inside to have a an envelope but she acted like didn’t hear from me.

They seemed to be annoyed by my request to pick up a package and was told it was out with the carrier and the guy was very rude with my questions. I waited for the mail and it never showed up like the rude guy in the red shirt said it would.

The stench of their aura reflected their unpleasant attitude from the very beginning. I asked one simple question, and they reacted as if I had smothered their favorite relative with a pillow. The attitude was unbelievably unnecessary. You’re at work, yet you’re acting like I showed up at your home unannounced. Please learn how to use your paid time off or sick days when you don’t feel like coming to work and being an annoyance to society. Thankfully, the supervisor was extremely helpful. I explained the situation, and she was able to clearly explain the current policies and procedures regarding the service I requested while navigating a solution. She then brought an experienced representative to the front to assist me (& miss girl had the cutest nails 💅). Thank you both for actually helping me! I truly appreciate it. 🙏

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered and they didn’t want to come down our road so marked there wasn’t a place. I rescheduled it like it said yet they just never came back to deliver and it’s been pending for about another week now.
