I had a package that was supposed to be delivered and they didn’t want to come down our road so marked there wasn’t a place. I rescheduled it like it said yet they just never came back to deliver and it’s been pending for about another week now.

I went in there to ask why I hadn't been getting mail after my address change and she was rude and argumentative stating I need to go to the Roseville post office, go pay online again and then come back to this post office. She disappeared into the back with my ID for 25+ minutes and was in general unhelpful and unpleasant. Only person that actually helped me was the supervisor.
