Today I was told "we don't send letters"! Then I was told a bunch of other things that were not how they had done things for a decade. I'm always left wondering "what?"

The woman in charge even gave me her direct office number to call with any problems! Not to mention that I work long hours and they were available even until 8:30 pm! Thank you!
