Went online to find solutions to complex issues to which I should have had the answers myself. All the while cheerful, efficient. A real customer experience UPS should be proud of. She obviously cares about performance and I noticed all other employees come to her for solutions. I hope you pay her at top of scale plus Ambassador John Bohn
- GEGavin ErnstoneAug 7, 20261.0Couldn't be worse. They lose packages ALL THE TIME have given me other peoples packages. They even lost a wheel chair that I purchased for my disabled father. They deny all of it and treat you like dirt. Don't use if possible.
