- JZJB Zh4 days ago1.0Ridiculously inefficient service. Dropped off my package in early July and suddenly got a notification on Aug 15 that it's on its way to the recipient. I mean 45 days later? I lost a sale because of this and this is just sad and pathetic. And next time if your customer asks you what happened to the package, please be courteous and help with the investigation instead of confronting the customers and making them look silly.

Took 2 days to pick a package pick up as requested and scheduled, Disgrace after paying all that extra money to ship a letter for two day service! Ridiculous never trust the post office with important stuff, better off At UPS or FedEx. And the carrier/s are lazy and do not deliver any Amazon packages to the door as directed by Amazon! The manager leaves me a voicemail as if I'm some kind of moron and don't know how to put a letter in the outgoing box, returned call for an issue and no one answers! My letter hasn't even been picked and they failed to scan the paper upon pick or maybe it's just sitting in the outgoing mail for 2 days, after I paid 2 day service!

A pre-existing Mail Forward request unknown to me was the culprit. She provided information for me to visit the post office and how to resolve it. She also took the time to discuss the matter and make sure it all ended more than well. Very professional, caring and kind person. Thank you!
