⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service, True Professionalism, and Outstanding Care! I cannot say enough good things about Ana and the amazing team at the UPS store on Palomar Airport Road! Every single visit is a seamless experience, but what truly sets this location apart is the incredible culture Ana has built. From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted with genuine warmth and friendliness. Ana and her crew embody top-tier professionalism and personability—they treat you like a valued neighbor, not just another customer in line. What could easily be a stressful or confusing process—whether it's packing fragile items, navigating shipping options, or handling complex drop-offs—is always made completely effort-free. Ana and her team are masterfully organized, efficient, and always go the extra mile to ensure everything goes smoothly and quickly. Their dedication to core organizational values, integrity, and customer care shines through in every interaction. If you want hassle-free service delivered with a smile and top-notch professionalism, this is the store to go to. Thank you, Ana and team, for consistently delivering a 5-star experience! 👏📦✨

I requested UPS Express service at Store #7611 and paid $134.97. However, the associate incorrectly processed my urgent document via USPS Priority Mail Express. Due to this associate error, my package was handed to government postal services and has been stuck in customs for weeks, exceeding the promised 3-5 business days. I demand a full refund for this wrong service input.

I went into the store to make a few Amazon returns and was greeted by the friendliest faces—which, honestly, was such a refreshing experience at a UPS Store. I was helped by the owner’s daughter, who was incredibly kind, efficient, and helpful. I quickly realized she was working alongside her family, so I asked—and sure enough, it’s a family-owned business. Family-owned businesses are so close to my heart, and there’s something really special about seeing a family working together and pouring their time and heart into their business. So grateful I stumbled upon this very special UPS Store. 🤍 It’s the little things—and the people—that make such a difference.
