Do not go with this company. They have no idea what they are doing and are extremely unorganized. I have been with them for two months now and have gotten ZERO jobs until 10/9, were they finally texted me with an opening for a warehouse job, even though I have told them over text, on their website, and through numerous phone calls that I’m looking for an accounting or finance position—because that’s what I got my degree in! I call them to schedule an interview for the warehouse position, only to find out that they didn’t bother checking my résumé because I’m not forklift certified. How are you a staffing agency that doesn’t bother checking people’s certifications and résumés before sending out random non-applicable jobs? I don’t know why it is impossible for the people running to front desk to check their files, but they clearly have no organizational system at all because every single time I talk to a person they have no idea job I’m looking for, what I’m certified in, what my résumé is, what I went to school for, what pay rate I would like, and have to ask me all of these questions again every single time, even though I have sent in my résumé over email and on their website twice. Anyway, I schedule a virtual interview for this position despite their inability to read their own requirements. it’s supposed to be for today, 10/12 at 10 AM and I wait for an hour for her to show up, only she never did. I called them and they said oh we never had any scheduled appointments for today. So whoever was manning the front desk at 10/9 at 1:40 PM clearly needs to be fired for being completely incapable of using a calendar. These people are incredibly unorganized and have no idea how to do anything, apparently. I absolutely DO NOT recommend them.

Leilani has helped me with my employment search on two separate occasions, and both experiences were excellent. Each time, she was able to find me a position within just a few days that matched the exact pay rate and job description I was looking for. She is always a pleasure to work with, professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping her clients find the right opportunities. I currently work through PrideStaff and have been extremely happy with my current assignment. I truly appreciate Leilani’s dedication and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable and professional employment assistance.
