- SSSaylor3 days ago5.0Had a weird Amazon return that required me to go to UPS specifically. Anyhow, I walked into the store and right away was greeted by Luis. He walked me through the process of this kind of Amazon return, and was very helpful with the return process altogether. After he gave me my receipt and let me know how I could track my package. Luis really made my visit easy and worry free! I will be back!

- FDFrank DiasMay 4, 20261.0My one star review is based off of the fact that they don’t carry next day air plastic shipping pouches for documents. My understanding through UPS corporate is that those bags are supposed to be on hand for next day paying customers so that they are able to ship documents without risk or fear of them being damaged by having to shove 300 pages into their next day air paper envelope Most drivers are careful, however, some are not and if they let the package drop the documents would probably go flying everywhere as the paper envelope is not strong enough to hold 200+ pages if it is dropped. It is a disservice to pay next customers to put them at risk of losing their documents or having them damaged or lost. Making us buy your generic plastic envelopes, which are half the thickness of the UPS plastic shipping envelopes that are normally provided For $3.27 is not cool either
