  I've been here three times this week, and Pamela helped me twice. She is super helpful, kind, and provides great customer service. She actually listened to what I needed and made sure I was taken care of. If I were reviewing Pamela alone, I'd give her a 10, but 5 stars is the highest here! Unfortunately, I took off two stars because of my other visit. Two employees were working, and I explained what they needed to find my packages. From the sighs and eye rolls, I honestly felt like I was bothering them. I explained that I had received a text saying my package had been delivered and tried to show it to them. One employee told me it was in Turlock. I corrected her and said it WAS in Turlock, but the notification showed it had since been delivered here. Her response was, "It's not here, and I don't know what to tell you." I simply said, "You've said enough," and walked out. I couldn't believe how I was treated. I wil be filing a formal compaint with Corporate. The difference between that experience and the excellent customer service Pamela provided was night and day.

  I have never shorted a stock in my life, but Fedex makes me want to because there is no way a company can survive like this. To be clear this is for CORPORATE Fedex, not this location. The employees here were perfectly lovely and did their best to help me and it was the actual system that blocked them. All I’m trying to do is ship a package that includes a return label. To do that I have to have an account which I do. But the system couldn’t find the account so I tried to create an account. But it said an account already exists that I need to log into. And when I do that, it says an account doesn’t exist and I need to create one. I called customer support and they told me an account exists, but they can’t give me any of the information because I don’t know the account number, which I don’t know because the system won’t let me access any information about the account. So FedEx just wasted an hour of my time in this loop. And this is building off of having something go horribly wrong every time I’ve tried using FedEx in the last two years. Never again

  Place doesnt exist anymore? I walked all around where the pin was, including inside the building the pin was on. Doesn't exist where the pin location is. Needs updated if it moved, because its clearly NOT where the pin is marked.

  They consistently deliver my packages to the wrong address and offer no help in resolving the issue.
