    Amazing customer service and friendly people! I had to ship something international and did not know it would take a few minutes, but the guy Sam helped me pack, create label and ship the items, he stayed longer after the closing hours to help me out. This is my go to store now!!

    Horrible customer service, had a package stolen that i had dropped off to get shipped from here, went back beginning of june to speak with sam and he off that start said he couldn’t help me before i had explained anything. He then proceeded to say he made a claim regarding my lost package and had to wait about 2 weeks to hear back. here we are a month later with nothing after me sending constant emails with no response. i went this morning spoke with what sam said was the owner of the store and was no help at all either said i had to wait for sam. sam told me my clam got denied but filed for another one yet cant show me any proof of a clam or deny cause his “system is down”. don’t send anything from here these people are no good!! still waiting for proof of a claim or anything to for my stolen part.

    I just went to this ups store to drop off my Amazon package. The instructions said I don’t have to tape closed the package. Put when I got to ups the person said I have to tape it up. I asked if he can do it and he said NO. I didn’t want to drive back home to tape it. So I asked how much to just put a 2.5’ straight tape on. He said $2 so I agreed but then he also charged me tax. Do not go to this ups store. The guy was unfriendly and not even offered just a one time tape your package for you. Terrible place, will not pick this place to return my Amazon packages.
