  Stuff very abrupt and unhelpful. I returned a package which they delivered to me and Gave me a hard time about returning it.

  Lady at the front desk on Thursday was rude and unhelpful. I take a package i can’t leave there and she was like “that’s not here and don’t have label, next” totally unhelpful

  Man at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. I’ve never had bad customer service or had anyone not offered to help at any . I’ve been to this location multiple times when they have helped and taped boxes for me. I will be going to UPS down the street.

  FedEx marked my package as an attempted delivery, but my Ring camera shows no driver approaching my door during the stated delivery window. I waited all day at home knowing I had to sign for the package. The proof-of-attempt photo appears to be from a previous day because it includes an Amazon package that was no longer present at the time of the alleged attempt. I reported this and was told I would receive a callback, but nobody followed up. Extremely frustrating experience and poor accountability.

  I sat at home waiting for my package to be delivered as it is my cell phone so I took off work. The delivery driver was completely lazy and never even came to my front door. Not to mention that he reported it as an attempted delivery and posted a picture of Unit #7, never even coming to unit #12 within our community here off Maegan Pl in Thousand oak.
