They should cover it up and take it down if they’re not going to fix it. They also get upset when you ring the doorbell for them to take your packages in. They huff and puff and roll their eyes. Like excuse me, you have a job! Cheer up!

I went for a passport appointment today, at the time I entered the room, the staff gave clear instructions on where is the waiting area. The whole process happened in a private space, it was fast and efficient, the staff is experienced and caring as well.
