I drove to FedEx to print my label and then returned to send my package.

No one could explain why and what to do. Luckily I managed to reschedule the delivery to another place. Avoid this store.

My document was notarized incorrectly, which caused my apostille application to be rejected. I had to go to another notary service to have it corrected, and the mistake also caused delays in my paperwork. I went back to the store to speak with the manager, but the manager was not available. I was told to send an email instead. I did so, but I still have not received any response. Unfortunately, the lack of follow-up and customer service has been very disappointing.
