  I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this UPS Store. Every single time we visit, there is one lady employee who has an incredibly rude attitude and treats customers with absolutely no respect. Today’s experience was the worst yet. My husband went in to drop off a package with a return QR code. The employee scanned the wrong barcode but never bothered to tell him there was an issue or verify that the correct return had been processed. As a result, our package is now lost because it was never properly accepted. When we returned to the store to ask for help, instead of taking responsibility or trying to resolve the problem, the staff were dismissive and unhelpful. The same employee was rude, refused to answer our questions, and even told us, “If you come again, I cannot help you too.” This is completely unacceptable customer service. Customers deserve courtesy, professionalism, and basic assistance, especially when the mistake happened in the store. Instead, we were treated with disrespect and left to deal with a lost package on our own. I will never use this UPS Store again and would strongly encourage others to think twice before trusting this location with important packages. This has been, by far, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

  Excellent and prompt service. Right next to that, there is an excellent place called Marvel cafe to have quality coffee. Situated in the stratagic location. If one wants ... can pick few things from Nobhill on the sidelines.

  Terrible attitude of this lady every time I come in. Today I just went to dropp off 2 packages and she got mad cause the label was printed to big and because I didn't want to argue I took my package and left. it's incredible the way people treat each other nowadays... it's always the same lady with the same attitude. I was the first customer by the way I can't imagine her at the end of the day
