  I had a very disappointing experience with the notary service at this location. My document was notarized incorrectly, which caused my apostille application to be rejected. I had to go to another notary service to have it corrected, and the mistake also caused delays in my paperwork. I went back to the store to speak with the manager, but the manager was not available. I was told to send an email instead. I did so, but I still have not received any response. Unfortunately, the lack of follow-up and customer service has been very disappointing.

  We had the worst experience at this place. We came to return an item and they charge us $6.33 cents for just a print. I did expect that. I’m very disappointed with UPS. This is a scam and outrage to society. Don't go here!!😡😢

  On Friday, July 10th, went by at 1:45 or so to ship a package. Was told by clerk that UPS was down and could not ship at that time. Clerk was out back and came in to see me. Smelled like someone was smoking weed... Called another UPS store and she told me their system was up at about 1:00. Just sayin'

  I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this UPS Store. Every single time we visit, there is one lady employee who has an incredibly rude attitude and treats customers with absolutely no respect. Today’s experience was the worst yet. My husband went in to drop off a package with a return QR code. The employee scanned the wrong barcode but never bothered to tell him there was an issue or verify that the correct return had been processed. As a result, our package is now lost because it was never properly accepted. When we returned to the store to ask for help, instead of taking responsibility or trying to resolve the problem, the staff were dismissive and unhelpful. The same employee was rude, refused to answer our questions, and even told us, “If you come again, I cannot help you too.” This is completely unacceptable customer service. Customers deserve courtesy, professionalism, and basic assistance, especially when the mistake happened in the store. Instead, we were treated with disrespect and left to deal with a lost package on our own. I will never use this UPS Store again and would strongly encourage others to think twice before trusting this location with important packages. This has been, by far, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
