    Overall they were knowledgeable, and speedy with my print job. I had to manually correct the sizing of my order, so I would recommend double checking before leaving the store to avoid surprises later if you have precise size requirements. That is the reason for 4 stars.

    I visited this Staples location at 500 E Hamilton Ave, Campbell, CA on April 9, 2026 around 9:35 AM and had a disappointing experience with customer service. As a first-time user of the self-service fax machine, I asked a staff member for help with faxing three documents. She gave verbal instructions but did not come over to assist, so I decided to try and figure it out on my own to avoid bothering her. I then approached a group of three employees and asked if someone could help me. One employee told me to go back to the first staff member. When I explained that I had already asked her, he responded, “So are we.” This felt dismissive and unhelpful. Eventually, the same employee came over and helped me with the first document, and I completed the rest myself. I still thanked them and apologized for the inconvenience. I understand that employees may be busy, but basic customer support—especially for first-time users—should be part of the service. A more attentive and approachable attitude would have made a big difference. I hope management can improve the level of customer service at this location.

    The printing staff is always friendly and extremely helpful and efficient. I've used their services for posters and document printing, and also use the self printing. The work has always accurate. the staffing in the store seems to be minimal but the printing department is well worth any wait. 100 satisfied with the store's printing department
