  I had a disappointing experience with the Staples print department. I placed an order for a single sheet of custom-designed trading cards that I created myself and paid extra for rush service so it would be ready by a specific time. Unfortunately, the original store had technical issues and transferred my order to another Staples location. I appreciate that the second store called me before I drove over, but by then the promised rush completion time had already passed, making the extra rush fee feel pointless. When the second store reviewed the order, I was told they couldn’t print it because of copyright concerns. I understand businesses have to follow copyright policies, and I respect that. I had previously printed a similar custom project at OfficeMax, so I was genuinely confused and simply wanted to understand why Staples couldn’t do the same. What disappointed me most was the way I was treated. Instead of a calm explanation, I felt like I was immediately shut down with a curt response that it was copyrighted. There was no effort to explain the policy in detail, apologize for the inconvenience, or have a respectful conversation. A little patience and basic customer service would have made a huge difference. I was also told a refund for the canceled order would be processed, but I never received it. At this point, it’s only a couple of dollars, and I’m not interested in spending more time trying to get it back. It’s not about the money—it’s about the overall experience. I understand policies have to be enforced. My disappointment is with the communication, the lack of customer service, and the fact that the experience left me feeling like my concerns didn’t matter.

  This Staples is now the only Staples nearby. The Cupertino Staples has closed up. This is a very large Staples. I found excellent shipping supplies, boxes and mailers. Everything was on sale, half off. I was very very happy. The customer service was outstanding. You can enter via Home Depot and go up that street and the next entrance on your left is Home Depot. Wonderful parking.

  I ordered a poster for my grandbaby’s birthday at last minute. Staples saved my day! They printed a very nice picture of my grandbaby wearing his one-year-old birthday crown and I was able to pick it up in time for his party. I decorated the party wall with the poster and it was a hit with guests! I highly recommended Staples Marketing/Printing service. Btw, the store also has a party section in case you need decorations. Thank you, Staples!
