- GRGlobal Expat ReviewsMay 1, 20261.0I would strongly recommend avoiding this UPS Store at all costs. I’ve never experienced such a frustrating combination of hidden fees and unprofessional service. What should have been a simple transaction turned into a drawn-out process filled with random, unnecessary charges that were never clearly explained upfront. On top of that, the staff were incredibly rude and dismissive of my concerns in regards to the fees Instead of helping, they acted annoyed by basic questions and made the whole experience feel like a burden. Customer service is clearly not a priority here. There are plenty of other places to handle shipping and printing—save yourself the headache, wasted time, and extra money and go somewhere else.
